Application:  Applicable to conductor insulation extrusion line/ single layer + stripping high speed insulation extrusion.   

Main characteristics:

- High output: optimized designed screw is very durable without pasting glue and dechromisation with fast color change, high line speed and output.
-High quality: Extrusion product with concentricity over 93% and outside diameter tolerance ±0.005mm.
-Steady temperature control: Adopt SCR power controller with imported high-quality and cast copper heater, the temperature of the machine body is regulated within ±1 centigrade degree.
-Easy operation: Exclusively adopt our own dedicated Teflon man-machine control interface which provides Chinese/English interface for option with full automatic control and easy operation.
-Space saving: Adopt integrated design with beautiful appearance making traditional pay-off, tension, preheating and straightening all in one, capstan and takeup are also designed into one. All is designed with tank structure, the overall length can be reduced by over 5M.
