Our high speed jacket and sheath cable extrusion extruder machine extrusion line can extrude
power wires, computer wires, data wires and high-frequency cables etc with screw diameter ranging from 50mm to 200mm.
Application: it is applicable to the jacket/sheath extrusion of power wires, computer wires, data wires and high-frequency cables etc.

Main Characteristics:
- High output: optimized designed screw is very durable without pasting glue and de-chromisation with fast color change, high line speed and output.
- High quality: Extrusion product with concentricity over 90% and outside diameter tolerance ±0.003mm.
- Steady temperature control: Adopt SCR power controller with imported high-quality and cast copper heater, the temperature of the machine body is regulated within ±1 centigrade degree.
- Easy operation: smart control, capacitance and wire diameter can be automatic feedback and adjustment; human-designed machines equipped with man-machine interface are much easier and convenient to operate.
